The Shanghai Wharf or SH Wharf or Wharf 1846 is located in the new art deco and Bauhaus style refurbished developement by the bund.
The Wharf itself dates back all the day to 1846, and has shared it’s name in many of shanghai’s most famous lives back in the day.
The new developer has done a marvelous job with keeping much of the buildings charm and character, with adding modern facilities and trendy design to it.
And this is also the space right next to Shanghai’s man made Bund Beach.
Wharf 1846 is also home to Rico Rico, Barcelona on the Bund, the Rico Rico Beach and though a different developement the Cool Docks outdoor mall is right next to it, and here we have so many popular Bund Restaurants like Kebabs on the Grille, Stillers (German fine dining), Table No1, The Roof, Mythos (awesome greek food) and many more.
Oh, and before I forget, it’s also home to the Waterhouse, probably one of Shanghai’s most unique, minimalistic designer Hotels.
The Developement offers a lot of flexibility in spaces terms of size and rental.
Shanghai Wharf has access to about 600 parking spaces on and off the developement, and the average ceiling height is about 2.8 meters.
Asking Rental is 4.5 Rmb per square meter per day and the management fee is 21 Rmb per square meter per month.
The shell condition of the office is polished concrete walls and floors with suspended ceilings.
